Freeway confirms via Instagram that Beanie Sigel is "alive & fighting."

In an Instagram post uploaded to his account earlier this week, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania rapper Freeway quickly shot down rumors of fellow lyricist Beanie Sigel’s death.

It appears that the rumor of Sigel’s death may have spread through the "completely fictional," satire site NahaDaily.com.

In addition to a picture of Beans, Freeway left the following caption with his Instagram upload: "Don't listen to the rumors @beaniesigelsp is alive & fighting! Please keep him in your Duas thank you!!"
