A San Francisco man is speaking out against US Airways, after he was kicked off of a flight for wearing sagging pants.

San Francisco's ABC 7 reports that Deshon Marmon, 20, was booted off United Airlines' Flight 488, after the flight crew took issue with his attire.

Marmon was wearing a windbreaker and pajama pant bottoms, when a gate agent told him to pull up his pants, as he gave her his boarding pass.

Marmon claims that he pulled up his pants as he took his seat, but the pilot of the plane refused to allow him to fly as a passenger.

A flight attendant then took his boarding pass, but Marmon allegedly refused to de-board the plane, claiming he didn't do anything wrong.

When he refused because he was a paying passenger, the pilot made a citizen's arrest and accused Marmon of trespassing on the plane.

Marmon was sent to the Redwood City Jail where his mother bailed him out.

A US Airways spokesman said Marmon "ignored repeated requests to follow flight crew instructions."

The 20-year-old San Francisco native is currently attending the University of New Mexico on a full football scholarship.
