Hurricane Chris' odd Louisiana House of Representatives performance is being called an embarrassment by a New Orleans lawmaker.

Rep. Austin Badon said when Chris (born Chris Dooley, Jr.) performed his hit "Halle Berry (She's Fine)" on Wednesday, he couldn't make out what he was saying. But when Badon heard the song later on the radio, what he heard infuriated him.

"The words they were using in the song were just extremely derogatory, they were foul," Badon told Louisiana network WWL First News. "They were curse words, using the 'N' word. It was just a derogatory song."

Hurricane Chris is the godson of Shreveport Rep. Barbara Norton. Badon said he hasn't had the chance to speak to Norton about the performance, nor is he sure she knew about the lyrics to "Halle Berry."

"I have no idea. I have not spoken with her about it. I think that she probably knew what the content was," Badon said.

Badon is calling the quickly-spreading video of Hurricane Chris' performance and embarrassment to the state. Peep it below and let us know what you think.
