BlazinStreetz had the opportunity to speak with Former Atlanta Braves and Falcons star Brian Jordan at the Make-A-Wish Foundation Ice Cream Social.

Atlanta, commonly known as "the city too busy to hate" once again proved to be a city filled with love at this years Make-A-Wish Foundation/ Coldstone Cremery Ice Cream Social at Atlantic Station. Coldstone ice cream, celebrities, and a great cause blended together to give the community a delightful treat that was greatly enjoyed and appreciated.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation called upon former Atlanta Brave and Falcon Brian Jordan, among other big names, to rolled up their sleeves and open up their heart at the event. In addition to catching a glimpse of their favorite star, the crowd stood in line to taste ice cream combinations that were the creation of some great kids at the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It was a great opportunity to witness the impact the former Atlanta Falcon continues to make in the Atlanta community.

It isnt often that a person becomes an allstar two sport professional athlete. As you run down your list recalling the feats of Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders, remember to include the talents of Brian Jordan. I like many in the city of Atlanta had the pleasure of watching Brian and Deion become Pro Bowlers and Allstars during their playing days in the 90's.

For many in Atlanta, Brian Jordan may possibly be the rarest and most exceptional role model for the youth as his contributions expand far beyond the playing fields. Brian Jordan has been more than a former allstar athlete, adding the titles of writer, sportscaster, real estate developer, and most admirably philanthropist and civic leader to his name.

If thats too much to remember, do like the kids in Atlanta, they simply call him a hero.

With his Brian Jordan Foundation, membership in 100 Black Men, trustee duties at Morehouse School of Medicine, and entreprenurial endeavors in Southwest Atlanta, it was amazing Brian Jordan even had a minute to stop and speak with Blazinstreetz. But then again he is Brian Jordan.
