Lindsay Lohan is getting a reprieve in one court case: A judge is delaying a civil trial that stems from one of her 2007 arrests.
Lindsay Lohan is getting a reprieve in one court case: A judge is delaying a civil trial that stems from one of her 2007 arrests.
Attorneys for Lohan and four people suing her agreed Wednesday to reschedule a trial set for later this month. They cited the upcoming jail sentence ordered by a judge who ruled Lohan had violated her probation in a 2007 drug case.
No new date was set.
The 24-year-old Lohan must turn herself in for a 90-day jail sentence on July 20. The civil trial was scheduled to begin a week later.
Lohan is being sued by a woman who was in a vehicle chased by Lohan and three men.
A deposition that will focus on her drug use at the time has also been delayed.
