Bases Loaded recording artist J Money takes time out his busy schedule to rap it up with Blazinstreetz.com.

The new futuristic swag movement is what J Money (1st Name Last Name) calls his style. " I like to be different," said J Money. J Money started out in the streets before he started rapping. At the age of 15 years old, he was sitting on almost a quarter of a million dollars. "It was fast money, but I was doing what I was not supposed to be doing", said J Money. He recalls that living the fast life helped him learn how to handle things at a young age. When J Money first stepped into the rap scene he was doing other things in the streets, but noticed how the industry was stalling. He started off in a group called Da Truth, and their first song featured Gucci Mane called, "Ahh Man".

J Money went on the road with them, but the group didn't last long. "The group gave up, so they inspired me to do rapping myself," said J Money, "I ran with the opportunity." BasesLoaded is J Money's record label, but he used to work with On Deck record label. " I never was signed(referring to On Deck records), but they were helping me with recording in the studio", he states.

His first single was "Trapper of the Year" featuring Shawty Lo. "Shawty Lo, that's my boy." J Money said he loves working with an artist when they can bounce for what they do. " Me and Lo was in the streets together, now we can move CD's together," said J Money. When J Money's first single was out he continued to be in the streets, until he noticed how much his fans loved him. J Money new mixtape that is out in the streets now is called, " Mr. Futuristic". " I use to say everything was futuristic, and people started telling me how I used the word so much." He said he didn't get the attention he needed working with Yung LA, so he put his mixtape out and everything become futuristic.

"Futuristic means stand for yourself, basically just be yourself," said J Money. The mixtape "Mr. Futuristic", is the mixtape that will never be forgotten said J Money. He said his first mixtape was a classic and a great first impression, the second one was a banger, and "Mr. Futuristic" is the one. When asked about Yung LA stealing his style he said he didn't want to get into it, but said Yung LA is a talented artist. " My style can't be stolen, I'm going to always have it," said J Money, " just let the streets judge it". He said his first single had already sounded futuristic, so he stepped in the game with his own style. " How you come in the game is how you leave it," said J Money.

J Money says he is different from other rappers coming out of Atlanta because he got his own style. "Lots of rappers don't get swag until they get signed, I was born with it". He said he cares for his fans and people who care about him. Also, that his fans isn't going to hear lots of cursing in his rhymes. In the year 2009, J Money said he want his fans to look at his progress and learn from it. " They say it's a recession, so I just want to bring my music and let my fans know its hope," said J Money, "I want to change the movement in the rap game."
