53rd Annual Grammy Awards Winners

While Eminem came into the 2011 Grammy’s leading with 10 nominations, unfortunately he only came away with two victories for best rap album with Recovery and best rap solo for “Not Afraid”. This marked Em’s third time losing out on album of the year, this time falling to The Suburbs from Arcade of Fire. Slim Shady wasn’t the only one to come away with multiple awards last night, John Legend & The Roots both came away with three awards for their collaborative Wake Up! album, while Jay-Z also added three wins to his collection even though his latest effort; The Blueprint 3 dropped in 2009. Other winners included Sade, Usher, Rihanna, Cee-Lo Green, The Black Keys & Fantasia.
