Queens rapper 50 Cent has signed a deal with the Penguin Young Reader Group to produce a fictional book with an anti-bullying message.
Queens rapper 50 Cent has signed a deal with the Penguin Young Reader Group to produce a fictional book with an anti-bullying message.
According to reports, 50 will publish a semi-autobiographical young adult novel about bullying titled "Playground."
The Associated Press reports that 50's book is slated to come out in January of 2012.
"Playground" will be 50's third book.
Under a previous deal with MTV's Pocket Books publishing imprint, 50 released his memoir "From Pieces to Weight," along with a self-help guide co-author with Robert Greene titled "The 50th Law."
50 is currently working on his upcoming album Black Magic.
The rapper recently revealed that he is planning to release part two of Before I Self Destruct, but after the release of Black Magic.
According to 50, there will also be a film that will accompany Before I Self Destruct 2.
