Brother Ali was one of 13 reportedly arrested at a rally in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Brother Ali was arrested Thursday evening at an Occupy Homes MN rally in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

According to CBS Minnesota, the rapper was one of 13 reportedly arrested at the Cruz family's home in south Minneapolis. He was pinched on charges of trespassing and refusing to depart. Four hours after his arrest, Ali posted the $50 bail and left the Hennepin County Jail.

The Cruz home went into foreclosure in 2011 after PNC Bank didn't accept an online mortgage payment, and instead punished the family by imposing a fine of two months payment. They were unable to pay, and the home went into foreclosure. The court ordered authorities to evict the home on April 26th, but protesters have continued to tie themselves to the home during each attempt.

Ali is due in court on July 5th.
