Gucci Mane has been indicted on one count of aggravated assault for an incident that occurred in March.

Gucci Mane turned himself in last month after being wanted by the Atlanta police for assaulting a fan. The rapper had reportedly hit a bottle of champagne over the fan's head when he asked for a photo. 

Gucci appeared once again in court this past Tuesday, after being denied bond back in March, where he was indicted one count of aggravated assault, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

This was one of two incidents which occurred in the month of March involving Gucci being violent towards an unsuspecting fan.
