UPDATE: Wiz Khalifa's intent to sue a last-minute canceling concert promotion company for seven-figures was reportedly dismissed by a judge.

Wiz Khalifa has sued concert promoter, It's My Party. According to a report from TMZ, the Taylor Gang's leader alleges that the company agreed to pay him $85,000 for a show at George Mason University in Virginia. The report continues that the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania says the event without reasonable notice, and no pay.

As a result, Wiz is suing It's My Party for $1 million in damages, citing that his reputation suffered from the disappointed fans.

TMZ obtained a reaction from the concert promoter. They allege that low ticket sales and lack of a signed contract negated the agreement, and thus the suit.

There is no word on whether this lawsuit will go to court.
