New Investigation Of Lil Poopy Underway By Department Of Children and Families

After closing a case looking into Lil Poopy just this April, the Department of Children and Families has opened a new case investigating the 10-year-old rapper.

Last we heard about Lil Poopy, the fourth-grade rapper from Brockton, Massachusetts, he was being investigated by the Department of Children and Families. The two-month long investigation, which was sparked because of questionable music videos from Lil Poopy, was finally wrapped up in April. However, the DCF isn't giving Lil Poopy, real name Luis Rivera Jr, a break just yet. Ever determined, they have since opened up a new investigation on the pint-sized rapper.

AllHipHop reports that the new case was opened after one of Rivera's videographers, and producer, Brian Slay, was pulled over by the cops, and the car smelled of marijuana. Brockton police approached Lil Poopy and his videographer when they pulled into a McDonald's past midnight earlier in the week.

The cops did not find any marijuana at the time, but the routine traffic stop has now turned into a full-on investigation by the DCF. Lil Poopy's attorney spoke on the incident, "When they saw ‘Lil Poopy’ in the car, it escalated from a routine stop to harassment," said Joseph Krowski, Lil Poopy’s attorney. "Why this warrants an investigation is just as perplexing as the last time."

Lil Poopy, who released a mixtape titled Coke Ain't A Bad Word, was previously thought to have ties with Coke Boy French Montana. French denied that Lil Poopy was an actual 'Coke Boy,' although he did say he knew Lil Poopy's father.
