Chief Keef Confirms Appearance On Kanye West's "Yeezus" Album

The April recording sessions in Paris, France between Chief Keef and Kanye West were not in vain.

While the tracklisting to Kanye West's newly-confirmed sixth solo album Yeezus is still under wraps less than three weeks before its release, details are emerging. In mid-April, Chicago, Illinois rapper Chief Keef confirmed that he was flying to Paris, France to record with his previous multi-platinum collaborator and fellow Windy City representative.

In a new interview with EME, Keef confirms that some of that work has lent itself to the final cut of Yeezus. "I'm working with Kanye [West]," noted the Glory Boyz/Interscope Records artist, when prompted. The 17 year-old was short on details, but added "Yeah, I did a song called...I forgot," he said, losing his thought. "I'm on [Yeezus]; I forget what the song's called, but it's hot—it's a hot song."

Other guests on Yeezus have not been confirmed. On five confirmed tracks, none have guest information. The Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam Records album is planned for release on June 18.

Previously, Kanye West, along with Pusha T, Big Sean and Jadakiss, remixed Keef's 2012 single "Don't Like." The new version appeared on G.O.O.D. Music's Cruel Summer compilation, released last year.
