Lennox Samuel Ari Carter was born weighing 7 lbs, 12 ounces at 21 inches tall, according to the unconfirmed reports.
Lil Wayne was reportedly present for the birth of the child.
Wayne confirmed he was the father of London's child last month in an interview with Los Angeles' Power 106 radio personality DJ Fuzzy.
