Ca$h Out Says "Another Country" Will Definitely Match "Cashin' Out" Success

Exclusive: Ca$h Out denounces the idea of pressure for his next hit, claiming he's ready for whatever the future brings leading up to the release of his debut studio LP, "Patience."

Ca$h Out is far removed from worrying about his next smash. "Cashin’ Out" dropped more than a year ago and was followed by the Wale-assisted "Hold Up," but the Atlanta, Georgia native isn’t particularly pressed to force whatever happens next.

At the MixShow Live conference in Atlanta recently, the Epic artist told HipHopDX, “[‘Hold Up’] people felt was bigger than ‘Cashin’ Out’ just ‘cause the hook was so strong. Once ‘Hold  Up’ came out, I was released from the fear of being a one-hit wonder.”

Ca$h doesn’t seem to have the time to worry anyway—he’s been clocking studio time with newcomers and veterans alike, including Rich Homie Quan and Young Jeezy. Production credits for his debut, Patience, include some notable beat-makers. Metro Boomin, Mike WILL Made It, and of course DJ Spinz are just a few of the beatsmiths recruited to provide the backing on Ca$h Out’s first studio LP.

Perhaps a good deal of his confidence comes from knowing that the album is near completion and slated for release at the top of 2014. “We’re working on the second single now,” he says. “But we have so many great songs. We’re basically just gonna continue working until we find a set foundation of records that we wanna put on there, so whoever need to holla at me, holla at me.”

With the lead single "Another Country" consistently climbing the charts, there are plans to shoot the video in coming weeks. “I feel like it’ll be another #1 smash just like ‘Cashin’ Out’ was,” he says.
