An A&R source at Columbia Records tells YBF that rappers Bow Wow and Jim Jones have just been dropped from the label. An official statement from the rappers or the label has not been released yet. Columbia has removed both artists from their website.

Was the drop a result of Bow Wow's temper tantrums or Jim Jones' lackluster rhymes? No matter the reason, it looks like Bow Wow got his wish. He was complaining on Twitter for days recently about how bad he wanted out of his contract with Columbia because they weren't treating him right. He also alluded to them not paying enough attention to him and hinted that too much attention might have been going to Beyonce
