ScHoolboy Q says he's done working on "Oxymoron" and that he has turned it in to Top Dawg Entertainment.

ScHoolboy Q's Oxymoron album has been delayed multiple times.

Today (September 19), ScHoolboy Q announced that the album has been submitted to Top Dawg Entertainment.

It is slated to be the imprint's next release, following last year's good kid, m.A.A.d. city, the platinum major label debut album from Kendrick Lamar.

It is slated to be ScHoolboy Q's follow-up to 2012's Habits & Contradictions.

Today, ScHoolboy Q provided an update on the status of Oxymoron.

In March, ScHoolboy addressed Oxymoron's release.

"It'll probably be out in a few months," Q said to MTV News. "We gon' get these singles right, get 'em together and place everything in order. Then we gon' get it crackin' from there. I haven't leaked a record yet, so I don't wanna say too much yet until I leak the record. But Oxymoron is definitely coming this year and we gon' have some fun."

In July, Q confirmed that the album was being delayed due to sample clearances.

Q has also discussed the topics that will be addressed on the album.

"I've never said this in an interview," ScHoolboy Q says in a video released by Life+Times. "This album is about me taking care of my daughter and Crip history from 1969 to present."
