Maino has entered a guilty plea and paid a fine after being arrested for driving with a suspended license in September, according to tmz.com. 

Maino was reportedly pulled over for operating a Bentley Continental without a license plate on September 25, as per tmz.com. Police officers then found that the rapper's license had been suspended. Maino was then reportedly taken into custody. He was booked and released. 

Maino reportedly has a court date regarding this matter set for November. 

The rapper said to tmz.com that he's gotten his license back since the arrest. Maino also reportedly said to tmz.com that he will not add a license plate to his vehicle because he wishes not to drill holes in the car. 

Maino was arrested and released for the same charge in 2010. 

Maino was also reportedly incarcerated for 10 years due to kidnapping and robbery, as per tmz.com. 

In 2009, Maino spoke with HipHopDX about his time in jail.

"I was in jail and I didn't want to be there," Maino said. "I don't want to glorify that shit. I did it, I got through it. I came in a man and I left as a man. Im a G. With certain things it is what it is. You see the scar on my face, it tells a story. I don't try to hide that shit. I don't make songs about it, but I don't try to hide it either...This is the story of a young boy going in, doing his time, and coming out and reaching for the stars."
