Brooklyn's finest Jay-Z was selected by MTV as their hottest MC in the game. A collection of MTV employees including Sway, Jayson Rodriguez, Shaheem Reid and Buttahman chose the list based on their opinions and an internet poll conducted by the network. Jay's selection is a valid one considering the success of his recently released Blueprint 3 coupled with his overall influence on pop culture.
