DMX's attempts to claim bankruptcy are denied as he is now fair game for creditors.

A New York federal judge has denied DMX's recent bankruptcy filing.

According to The Journal News, The 42-year-old Yonkers, New York native had his bankruptcy claim shot down Friday due to noncompliance. X is slated to lose numerous possessions, including his share of a Mount Kisco home as the ruling makes his property attainable by creditors.

X's publicist, Domenick Nati says his client's most recent run in with financial troubles will not hinder his upcoming musical performances.

"Despite this recent obstacle, the team will continue to move forward with DMX's national performances and we are still working relentlessly at obtaining his passport for his fans overseas."

X filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on July 29. According to filed documents in Manhattan court, the rapper born Earl Simmons stated he has $50,000 in assets, while owing between $1 and $10 million in debts. Simmons' biggest debt is the $1.3 million he owes in child support.

DMX has faced numerous legal setbacks in his career and as of late. Last week the former Ruff Ryders rapper was arrested in South Carolina on charges of driving with a suspended license, not having a car tag and not having automobile insurance. In late August, he was reportedly riding as a passenger in a Ford F-350 pick-up truck when the vehicle made an illegal lane-change.
