Yesterday in California, The Donda West Law was passed by the states Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The law makes health checks and written clearance mandatory before being allowed to undergo plastic surgery in the state of California.
Yesterday in California, The Donda West Law was passed by the states Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The law makes health checks and written clearance mandatory before being allowed to undergo plastic surgery in the state of California.
The Donda West Law was originally proposed to state Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter in February 2008 by Donda's niece Yolanda Anderson but was vetoed by Schwarzenegger. Due to Carter and Anderson's diligence the bill was resubmitted in February 2009 and the rest is history.
Kanye West's mother the late Dr. Donda West died in November 2007 after having cosmetic surgery.
