Ludacris and Marsha Ambrosius are also being sued by the producer and publisher of Tyrone Davis' "Be With Me."

David Banner & 9th Wonder are among those being sued by the producer and publisher of Tyrone Davis’ “Be With Me” song, according to TMZ.com. 

The lawsuit alleges that David Banner & 9th Wonder’s song “Be With You,” which also features Ludacris and Marsha Ambrosius, used Davis’ “Be With Me” without permission.

“Be With You” was featured on David Banner & 9th Wonder’s 2010 album, Death of A Pop Star.
