Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are set to appear on the cover of Vogue's April issue.

West and his fiancee appear on the magazine's cover with the following tagline: "Kim & Kanye - Their Fashionable Life & Surreal Times - #WorldsMostTalkedAboutCouple."

The pair's cover was shot by acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovitz, according to Vogue.

West and Kardashian also appear in a behind-the-scenes clip of their photoshoot for the magazine, which is above.
