Chris Brown Says Ebola Is "A Form Of Population Control"

Chris Brown: the Ebola crisis is "getting crazy."

As Ebola concerns continue to dominate news headlines around the world, Chris Brown has expressed his take on the issue, saying that he feels it is a form of population control.

Brown made these comments in a series of Twitter posts that were published on the rapper-singer's timeline yesterday (October 13).

The Center for Disease Control explains the Ebola outbreak this year with the following statement:

"The 2014 Ebola epidemic is the largest in history, affecting multiple countries in West Africa," the site says. "Although the risk of an Ebola outbreak in the United States is very low, CDC and partners are taking precautions to prevent this from happening. One travel-associated case was diagnosed in the United States on September 30, 2014. On October 12, 2014, a healthcare worker at Texas Presbyterian Hospital who provided care for the index patient has tested positive for Ebola. CDC confirms that the healthcare worker is positive for Ebola."

More information on Ebola is available at the CDC site.

Brown released his latest project, X, earlier this year, an effort that earned the R&B star a 3 out of 5 X rating in the album's HipHopDX review.

"Chris Brown's attempts at appealing to all corners of the urban pop spectrum at-present are commendable, but possibly a case of the vocalist doing too much," critic Marcus K. Dowling said of the effort in the DX review.
