Rappers Remember 9/11, Honor Lives Lost

Several rappers, including Lil Wayne, N.O.R.E. and El-P, remember the tragedy of 9/11.

Lil Wayne, N.O.R.E. and other rappers spoke about 9/11 today (September 11), a day that marks 13 years since attacks on New York, Washington and Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001. Lil Wayne acknowledged that he was in New York at the time of the attack in a Twitter post. "Watching the 9/10 show about the day before 9/11 a lot of people don't know but I was in Manhattan on that day. Krazy day. heart goes out," Lil Wayne said.

N.O.R.E. also added his commentary on this day.

"#911 never forget zoo York city still stand strong salute respect and rip to those who we lost," he said in a caption on Instagram.
