"Hey Xxl... I think you better smack your source in the mouth," Dame Dash says on his Instagram page.

Dame Dash has responded to an article posted on XXL in which the site says that he and Kanye West are not in talks to purchase online retailer Karmaloop.

"Hey Xxl... I think you better smack your source in the mouth... He's giving you the wrong info and your reporting it to all these good people….,” Dash’s Instagram post yesterday (March 24) read in part.

XXL has since removed its story on the matter, which was titled “Dame Dash Kanye West Aren’t Buying Karmaloop."

The next portion of Dash’s post targets Marc Ecko.

"And Marc Ecko dont get scared... But you disrespected the wrong dude... I'm on your heels #culturevulture .... Anybody@complex need a job let me know,” Dash writes.

On Monday (March 23), Dash called Ecko “the fashion version of Lyor Cohen,” claiming that Ecko’s business model is to “make money off of urban people.” He also said that Ecko’s fashion designs became “corny fast."
